Default Getting USB Device Not Recognized when connecting 8100. Help!!

Please Login to Remove!

Hi, I've had my Pearl for almost a year and have had this problem off and on at times. But now it seems I cannot connect my BB to the BB Desktop Manager at all. I have not installed any new programs recently...this just started within the last week. Any suggestions?? p.s. My BB is charging when I am connected and I am still getting the message...

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Desktop Manager program?

Mine wouldn't work when i used the usb port on the monitor, although it picks up thumb drives when they are plugged in, but worked fine when i hooked it up to the usb port on the back of the pc.

Mines been goin haywire lately it wont connect though mass storage mode. So i can just open the card in my computer folder .But it will connect and work through the desktop manager? I dunno . used to work and its much faster then DM too. And yes i updated DM just to see if it would fix it and nope it didn't.
