Default Setting up email addresses to blackberry pearl

Please Login to Remove!

I just bought my bb last week. The salesperson gave me a website to go to set up my email accounts. Everything was working fine until I synced my bb with the Desktop Manager. Now my email is gone. Do you know the website that I can go to so that I can reconnect my email messages to my bb handheld? I can't set up through my phone b/c my password is not working and I asked to email my password and it still hasn't. Don't know whats wrong. I need to know the website address to set up my yahoo email to my bb. Thanks for your help!

This should be the website for suncom
https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=suncom

Also, you might want to try some of the things listed here
http://blackberryfaq.com/index.php/M...opped_Arriving

Hope this Helps

The BIS site above that RIM lists for SunCom gives an error and says use the url given to you by your provider.

Have you tried Options >Advanced Options >Host Routing Table >Click menu key and select "Register Now?"

Thank you for the quick response, the first website is the website that I initially set up my account. But I am entering my password and it is saying incorrect. I put in my PIN No. and clicked request password. It said it would send to my bb. It has been 10 minutes and I still have not received it. Any suggestions?

When I go to:
Options >Advanced Options >Host Routing Table >Click menu key and select "Register Now?"
I can't register b/c my password is not working, my other option is Triton PCS. I click on that and theres a bunch of info there.

Try following John Clark's advice to register your Blackberry to the network again. If that doesn't work, try following the steps in the second link I posted.

It shouldn't have anything to do with the password.

Somebody smarter than me correct me if I'm wrong please

Oh I refreshed a few times and then got that. Strange. Must be some weird security thing.

All of the BIS sites were coming up like that. I cleared my cache and all is working. Weird.

To the OP:
You may need to call SunCom to get it straightened out.

Thats just the thing, I can't go any further to register until I put in my password. Which isn't working. Oh well. I'll call support tomorrow. Thanks for your advice.

One last thing you might try, do a battery pull.

Open back cover, pull battery out for a good 30 seconds, then put it back in and close it up.

It's amazing how many problems that fixes
