Hi I have a user who can only keep mail for one day at a time on her Pearl ? 8100 we have a BEZ server.

Seems like a low memory issue. The user should take off all unused languages and close apps after he/she is done with them.

i have similar issue, i know blackberry purges oldest email first when it runs out of device memory, is there a tool (shareware or freeware) that you can use to browse the blackberry 8100, ps i hardly have any applications open apart from messages, phone and browser (all others are closed) and i haven't installed any applications apart from the default one, each of the languages only take up about 200kb each

when checking the size of my dbase they are all quite small so i am wondering how the 64mb of device memory is taken up. if you know of such an application i would be grateful if you could let me know

I don't know of a tool such as you desire for browsing the device memory. Yes, there is such for the Extended SD memory card.

Pulling the battery to reboot about once a week works wonders in safety precautions.
