Default Daughter dropped Pearl, wont turn on

Please Login to Remove!

My daughter dropped her pearl no sign of it getting wet, and no physical damage. The screen wont go on now. When I take the battery out and place it back in the power light stays on for a few seconds then goes out. But no screen display at all.

Any thoughts on if its toast or if theres something I can do to fix it?

I dont think its under warranty. Its about 2 to 3 months old. I think the warranty is only 30 days from ATT.

When doing waranty don't mention that it was dropped! That will automatically VOID warranty

Once it's fixed,get a rubber skin it will save you.

Was it a refurb from AT&T? I believe the warranty is shorter if it's a refurb, otherwise I agree with everyone one else. Should be covered for a year.

Thanks everyone for the help. It was a new phone not a refurb. Middle of October it will be 3 months old, so it looks like I can use the warranty for it. Thats a relief.

A cover will be bought for sure now for it.

Contacted the ATT warranty department. Had the replacement phone shipped next day. Replacement was refurbished but looked brand new. Everything works great. Daughter is super happy to have her pearl back. I ordered her a case so that should help in the future.
