Has anyone else tried to load this program? The program got onto my 8100 OK but no data seems to have been synchronized from my desktop. I have set the Add In options correctly on the Synchronizer program. When I try to open program, it asks me for a password, which I haven't set yet, and then I get an incorrect password message, followed by " Null Pointer" error message.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

i had a miserable time with this software. got so fed up with not synchronizing I asked for a refund and went with ascendo data vault, works like a charm!
