Default Dialing 800 numbers that are words - 10-01-2007, 05:40 PM

Well, I was about to call xbox tech support today when I realized that my pearl has a completely different keyboard than just about every other phone in the world, and I have no idea what number to call.

Is there a program or application that will show me which keys would normally correspond to certain letters? It would be sweet if it let me dial by moving the cursor around a virtual keyboard that was on the screen. I would only ever use it in this situation.

edit: to clarify, the phone number is listed as 1800 4 my xbox. These letters are not in the same place on the pearl keyboard as they are on a normal phones keyboard.

Hold down the ALT key while spelling it out. It will cypher the numbers needed.

Hold the alt buttons down, and hit the correct letters. It will work.

EDIT *Wow, that was timing! ;)*

Nice, good to know. It was kind of tricky hitting the x button with my thumb on the alt, but its good to know that my blackberry didn't leave me high in dry in this situation.
