I connected my BB Pearl with my PC via the usb cable and when I was trying to add some audio files to my BB it turned off. I cannot turn it back on. I removed the battery and replaced it but it won't turn on. Do you know what else I can try to trun it on. I aslo tryed to hold the Turn on/off button for several seconds, but no luck.
HELP PLEASEEEEEEEEE!!!!!

P.S: My BB was fully charged when it truned off.

Does it light up at all? Do you get a red light? Does the screen come on with a spinning hourglass? Is the battery charged?

Hi my phone turned off as well after I plugged it into the usb..I can't turn it back on..did u ever get yours fixed? I need help too!

Remove it from the the USB.

Have you tried pulling the battery for for a couple minutes, and replacing it. Does it reboot? Do any LED lights appear? What happens?
