Default Email Service Suspended

Please Login to Remove!

I recently upgraded my BB from a 7130 to an 8703e. I am no longer recieving emails under my hotmail or blackberry email. I tried to long onto sprints site where I access my email, and it said something along the lines of Service Suspended. Any ideas?

I would contact Sprint to see what is going on. Also, make sure (once the issue is resolved) that you update the PIN and IMEI number for the new BlackBerry. And, did you get an 8830? It says you upgraded to an 8130, but I didn't think those had been released yet.

Hi, Welcome, check your services book, your registration on the network.

go to options/advanced options/services books.

or look in HRT and register again your device.

I looked in Service Books and it has my email address checked. What should I do from here, sorry Im not so handy on the BB haha.

If you have a service book for your email address, you should be receiving mail. If not, follow these tips:

And you might double check with Sprint to make sure your BIS account is still open.
