Unhappy USB Not Properly Connecting

Please Login to Remove!

I am trying to use the Media Manager my Desktop Manager and it is saying:

Media Manager is only supported using a USB connection. To run Media Manager, please connect your device to the computer using a USB cable.

I don't know what to do. I connected it to the cable that was sent with my phone and when it didn't work with that I connected to an extra cable that was just lying around.

Help anyone?
