Default setting up desktop on Vista

Please Login to Remove!

I'm a new bb user so I hope someone out there can help me. I can't get the desktop manager disk to set up on my computer. I was told it may be because I have Vista. Is there any truth to this? Can somebody help me because I would really like to sync mu pearl to my computer?

Are you running the installer file as administrator? Right click on the Desktop Manager installtion file and select "Run as Administrator." See if that helps.

Default thanks but it didn't work!

Post the exact error here once you try the installation again.
