Default video recording on the pearl... - 10-08-2007, 05:21 PM

Ok, so I know this question has been asked often in this forum, but I was looking at the blackberry site, and the new pearl will have video recording. Will a software upgrade make this a possibility on the 8100, or is that not possible?

Unlocked Cingular BB Pearl
BSE, Seidio Rubberized Case, and 512 MB micro sd

No one really knows. It could be a software limitation or a hardware one. Sorry for not answering your que with a direct answer, but this is the best one i got.

Default video capture should be madatory!!!!!!!!!!!! - 10-09-2007, 11:46 AM

video capture should be mandatory with all phones!!!!!!! i can;t believe BB would not have this on the pearl or the curve, it's not like it's some new revolutionary idea, every other phone has it. it's great to have if you need to capture some once in a lifetime event and send it around to everyone. if we can upgrade to do video capturing the phone would be almost perfect (except for wifi calling)
