new mac and new pearl 8100 help! i cant even get the desktop ut. cd to run. also need help upgrading my browser,adobe flash upgrade tells me it can not read my device.

Your post is a bit confusing.

There is no blackberry desktop manager for Mac.
There is no browser "upgrade".
There is no adpbe flash player for the Blackberry.

Can you explain in a bit more detail what you're trying to do?
