Very frustrated with this one.

I have name display on my pearl phone, and this allows me to see who has called by last and first name.

When i want to add the name to address book contacts, it would already have the first and last name in the fields so i did not have to type it; however, now i have to manually input any new contacts and can't figure out how it was defaulted to store the names itself.

I'm not sure about this one though.

Like if someone calls me and I don't already have them in my address book, then of course I would have to manually add them. I don't think it'll add by itself.

You're losing me here. If someone calls and their name appears then they have to be in your contacts list already, otherwise it's just a number. If they aren't in the book yes you do have to type in their stuff. If you want to add a name to a phone number that comes in just highlight the number and add to address book, then type the name. Same for emails.
