Why do I have two icons for t-zones?

Probably two service books. You can always delete both service books in your Options > Advanced > Service books and then resend the service books. One should remain.

Similar problem here...went on a long road trip today (where I'm sure the phone roamed) and all of the sudden I have a "t-zones" icon (didn't have one before) and the browser bookmarks list now has has two "t-zones links" folders with the new one containing additional links compared to the original folder.

My service books don't explicitly have "t-zones" in their titles or descriptions; how can I tell which of the "T-mobile" service books to delete?
