Ok....recently, I upgraded my firmware to 18.104.22.168 by loading the desktop manager software and syncing it with my BB 8100 pearl.
Everything works ok with the following exceptions:
1. When I try to open attachments or show MORE email, I get the error:
More request cannot be completed. Service book info not found
2. I receive emails from my companies exchange server fine....however, when i read them, they don't get marked read in my outlook.
Anyone had this experience???
