I just updated the blackberry desktop manager 4.2.2.14, and when I try to open the media manager in the desktop manager, it tries to start Roxio, but I get a C++ runtime error. Which says the following:

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.
Now I searched the forums and found something along these lines, and someone who posted a fix. So ok I tried it, but it did not work.

It is the exact same error, and it says to use the #2 fix, which I tried but I did not find a DAO file to erase, and yes I tried number 1 too, with the same results. Help.
