I had that problem on tmo. I wiped it, and reloaded the software and it worked fine
did you wipe the sim card too?
i have this exact same problem and tried everything. tried wiping and reloading 3 different ways and about 6 times so far..same red light, blank screen and spinning hourglass..great phone but what a pain!
