Question on screen flicker on my Flip--I have had it only a couple of weeks, and I have noticed that when I scroll through new messages on the outside display, the screen flickers or pulses very quickly and lightly. I have also noticed the main display dimming after opening the unit, I thought that was perhaps due to the automatic image adjustment. But it would dim in situations where I would have thought it would stay at its brightest. Anyhow, thought I should check into this sooner rather than later, if I can return for a new one I better do that quickly...

Try turning off the automatic backlight dim (Options>Screen/Keyboard), and see if this makes a difference.
