That is what it tells me when I try signing into MSN Messenger! I've tried googling this problem but I can't find exactly what I'm looking for.. People said something about Service Books? I don't know what that is but I can find it on my phone, just don't know what to do from there..

Anyone run into this problem or know what to do?

Thanks.

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan?

Have you tried removing the battery for 30 seconds from the device?

If that doesn't work, here is how to resend your service books.

You need a data plan in your device for MSN to work
