Okay so i got this Black Berry flip... 8200?

Anyways i called the black berrys pros from telus and the guy ran me through some troubleshooting steps, Take battery out... delete pics etc. and still nothing happened he said maybe restoring it MIGHT help but i cant take the chance unless its 100%

Problem is, anytime i press "Contacts, games etc" it brings to me missed calls.

I'll press 4 and it will pop up 7, press 5 8 will pop up and 6 will make 9 pop up.

When i try and text, a whole bunch of letters come at once, i'll press T and TAXYR comes up and when i try and delete it wont.

I checked my water damage things and they're all white still.

Any ideas?

Note: The blackberry dude from telus said that it is most likely glitched and i should turn it in for a new one but if theres a way i can fix it that'll be even better.

Despite the white liquid indicator stickers, I think it's water damage.

Alright thanks, yeah my batterys indicators script is a bit pink, whatever. the blackberry dude i talked to said just take the battery out or something.
