Default 8230 external display problem - 08-19-2009, 12:13 AM

My girlfriend has an 8230 flip, today after getting message "app error 200" and resetting the device, for some reason the external screen just lights up white, no clock, no display, nothing. When connected to desktop manager I can see the connection icons and arrow on the external display, even the little clock when the phone boots up is displayed, but once the phone is up and running, the external display just stays white.

I have wiped the device and reinstalled the OS (4.6.1.182) several times and always the same result.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I would try a wipe and reload but using a different PC. Make sure to wipe with JL Commander.
