Default Messaging app keeps failing.... - 08-30-2009, 10:14 PM

so i got the phone. not to bad. problem is, the messaging app keeps crashing. i get a text.. open it to read it, and it gives an error that the external message display has stopped responding and has been terminated.. i then have to do a battery pull just to read my text message. this happens every 4 sms's or so. i get sick of resetting my phone every time i need to read an email or text.

anyone care to shed some light?

With those recurrent problems, what I would do its a upgrade.... im using the .278 (8220) and its working just fine... very little crashes since the install and its quick all around.
