I have a strange icon on my home screen.

Can't for the life of me figure were it is coming from. pulled battery, updated OS and it won't go away.

It is an unlocked running on AT&T

It is your Voicemail icon.

Funny this is brought up, I had an icon display on my homescreen (along side the standard VM icon) that appeared to be a tiny VM icon with "..." above it. I have never seen this before, and after a few hours of use (and not checking my VM) is disappeared.

Thank you for the quick reply. The manual showed a different indicator for voicemail. Your reply made me think it might be with the AT&T Unified Messaging service, went on-line and toggled the notification settings and it went away
