Default Audio problem with 8220 & Motorola S9

Please Login to Remove!

I am struggling to get the audio to stream from an 8220 to a Motorola S9 headset. The device pairs with Bluetooth no problem and connects to the S9. I can control the tracks (skip forward or back) from the headset, but no sound....

When I start the Media player and play a track, from the options menu there is an "Activate Motorola S9" as well as "Activate Handset". Choosing the former doesn't do squat! When I choose the "Activate Headset" the audio changes from the speaker phone to a cheezier sounding speaker on the phone (didn't realize there was another speaker... but that's another post...) and the "Activate Headset" changes to "Activate Speakerphone".

The S9 works fine with my older 8100, so I know it's not the culprit. I must be doing something wrong...?!

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

What OS are you using on the 8220? Might want to upgrade it if it's old.
