Default Wi-Fi help

Sorry I posted this in the wrong place


I am having a problem getting my 8120 from T-mobile to connect to my wi-fi at my home. I connects just find at my office but at home is gives me the message can not connect due to the code: W002 can someone tell me what that is and how I can fix this problem.
