Default Question abou the new OS

Please Login to Remove!
Does anyone know if the 8220 comes with tthe new OS on it if purchased through t mobile.com or a retail store. I have a Mac and have no way of updating it at home.

Usually it takes quite awhile to deplete the stock to get the newest OS on a new purchase
