Default My Faves gone with new OS?

Please Login to Remove!

I upgraded the OS on my Mom's 8220 to .236 and now My Faves is gone. She really likes having the icons. Is it just hiding and I haven't found it yet or will I have to revert to the OS (.151) to get it back?

Just surprised it is missing. I know from personal experience it is still in other carrier's OS for both the Curve 8900 and 8310.

Just log into your account on the tmobile website and refresh your fave's to your phone. It will send myFaves to your BB after installing any OS version.

Thanks. That was so easy it was pathetic.

I just didn't expect to have to do that. Even on my Curve 8310 (the AT&T Curve, not the TMO one), I didn't have to resend when I updated the OS. Nor when I've updated the 8900. At least now I know if I have problems with one of the others in the future.

And you've made Mom very happy.

I'm having the same problem but when I refresh the myfaves I get a java error.

"Uncaught exception: java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException"

I used the switch device wizard to move from an 8100 to the 8220, did something inadvertently move over that shouldn't have? Any ideas on how I can resolve this?

Dont have any idea why you posed this question here but you need to go to wwwdotpaypaldotcom and read how their system works.
