|  All e-mail going into "Messages" folder; need separate folders for separate accounts.

The user already had their Earthlink e-mail account set up on the device. The Earthlink account has its own little folder with a globe icon on it and when you hover over it the title is "user@earthlink.net".
I set up the device with our BES and the activation worked just fine. There is a little folder on the home page that says "messages" when you hover over it and not the name of the user's company e-mail address. This "messages" folder is where both the work and Earthlink e-mails are showing up. I need to get this set up so that his Earthlink e-mail stays in the Earthlink folder and the work e-mail stays in the work folder.
Any ideas? |
