Default How do you stop this phone from Answering calls when you open the flip?

Please Login to Remove!

Just been asked teh question and having a pearl and a storm myself to play with I have never experienced teh flip so I really do not know.

So when someone calls you on a flip as soon as you open the device you automatically answer the call. Is there a way of turning this off - If so how?

phone > menu > options > general options > auto answer calls = never.

I thought that was for hands-free answering with an accompanying head set. Does that also affect the open/answer?

Ok I got him to change that setting but the battery was too low for him to test it by calling himself and trying it out. I guess if I hear from them tomorrow I will find out for sure.
