Default Flip OS Upgrade Problem - Urgent Help Needed!

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I have a huge problem of loading OS .278 where it encountered a problem of reading the media card which I have a 16GB Micro SD that worked with my old OS .222. When I tried to back level to .222, the system encountered another problem of reloading the applications and now it enters into an endless loop of rebooting with an error message "error 523, reset". The OS loader is not able to communicate with the BB flip handheld due to this constant rebooting. Any advice? At this point, the phone is not usable. Thank you for your quick response.

First thing to do - take the media card out. See if that stops the rebooting.

Thank you for your quick reply. Well, the problem did start from having problem reading the media card one .278 was running, and it became worse everything i reboot it. Now, I have taken the media card and the problem of "app error 523" seems to keep repeating itself and the handhelp keeps rebooting. unless we can stop this cycle and allow the loader to communicate with the handset, it does not respond to anything. any further thought?
