removing active profile check
 

i applied a custom ringtone to my friend and i want it to play always even if my phone is on silent but i cant get it to where it wont just use the active profile. i want it to just always be on normal even when my phone is on silent? if that even makes sense

Exceptions won't work in silent mode. You'll need to adjust an existing profile or create a new one.
