Unhide pictures on an 8230

How do you unhide pictures an a Pearl Flip? I have some i want to retrive and can't figure out how.

Media > Menu Key > Explore > Media Card (if that's where they're store) > Menu Key > Show Hidden > Select the file > Menu Key > Properties > uncheck Hide.
