Please Login to Remove!

I installed the BlackBerry Desktop Manager program and my phone BlabkBerry 8200 functioned normally without any problem, transfer photos and files normally. Soon after about three months that have elapsed appeared the following problem. He is no longer recognizing the system is showing the following error when I plug it into the USB port appears the following error (unknown device) already reinstalled the program from the CD but said nothing. I can no longer do anything or transfer pictures and music. If any of you have any suggestions please post or send the message to [email address]

I installed the drivers folder (C: \ Program Files \ Common Files \ Research In Motion \ USB Drivers)

Moved to the 8200 section.

Delete and reinstall DM and see if that fixes it.

Friend thank you for the information already solved the problem. The cable he was using was not compatible was not buying another compatible USB cable and it worked.
I can now transfer my personal files.
