Open the calendar on your BB, Then options, change keep appointments to Forever.

In your BlackBerry calendar, select Menu > Options > Keep Appointments and select how long you want to keep your events.

Yeah, what troydbrown said.

The option I was pointing to is actually on the device. But I'm hooked up to a BES and the option may only be available on the device in that case. I don't remember if it was there before.

If he is a BIS user, I'm pretty sure he'll have to do it in the Desktop Manager.

In Desktop Manager select synchronize and configure your settings to go both ways under synchronization settings with your BB connected to DM.

Hello all,
Hoping someone can help with this, cant seem to find similar issues in other forums. just got my Verizon 8703e and it was syncing up fine with calendar. Created a few entries in Outlook last week and noticed that they are not on my BB calendar. Is this a known issue, and if so, are there any fixes?

Nevermind,
Did finally find something somewhat similar to my issue and the fix actually did work with my issue, just in case someone else has the same problem here is what fixed mine:

Calendar > Options > Wireless Synchronization = Yes

Default Help!!!

I am not sure if i am sticking this is the right place, so apoligies if i messed up.

I have a new BB curve, has been fine (although I am starting to miss my treo, which was always crashing!! ) Everything was OK, but when I synchronized with Yahoo, where all of my contacts were, AND added contact info into the BB, I now have multiple alphabetical lists and duplicates in the BB AND Yahoo. The result is that I cannot look up any info as it cannot deal with the multiple lists. I have spent hours trying to figure this out, no one anywhere seems to know what to do. Does anyone out there have any advice? I am ready to throw the thing aginst the wall but I need my phone!! HELP!!

Go into your Calendar (does not matter what view) and hit your Menu Key...
- For those still figuring out their new 8000 Series device, that's the key to the left of your track ball.
- In the new menu, scroll down to options and open it up by clicking in your trackball.
- In your new screen, scroll to the very bottom and then up two options. This should be "Keep Appointments". Change your settings accordingling.

Mine are personally set to 60 days because there's currently no need for me to be keeping information longer than that and having it fester in my device memory.
