n00b question here:

No matter the link I click to get to the tmobile page to download the 4.2.2.180 software, it redirects me to the "buy a phone" page.

Any direct non tmobile links or any ideas?

Unsupported Browser link is working fine for me, once you click download, just enter your mobile number and choose the software.

Log into t-mobiles website. Click the "tab" on the top called "phone & accessories". Your BB model should show there and on the right of it a link that says "System Upgrade". When you click that a pop window comes up with all the downloads on that page. Make sure to allow tmobile to give you a pop up.

If you're phone doesn't show when you go to the "phone & accessories" tab and it shows your old phone that may not be a BB then it won't provide the necessary links for your phone. You have to change which phone you are using in your profile settings.

I did exactly what you recommend as well as the unsupported browser suggestion a couple posts up. Both ways send me to the buy a phone and plan page...
I'm kinda lost on this one.
Maybe I'll try to cllear my cache and cookies and give it another go...

This is where it sends me Unsupported Browser

Final edit: Firefox wouldn't handle the link. Opened it with ie and it popped right up. Thanks for all the suggestions. Now back to the fixin'!

Same story John Clark. Could it be TMO's site is having an issue?
