Default Why I bought my Blackberry Curve

Please Login to Remove!

In picking the BB Curve, my first smartphone, I looked at the alternatives out there (Palm, Tilt, blah, blah, blah), the features available and how they fit my needs. Then, within Blackberry, I compared the Pearl, Curve, and 8820, and determined that the Curve best met my needs.

Well, today at work, I saw a guy with a new 8310. I asked him why he had bought his Curve. His answer: "Because it's pimpin' and the girls like it."

I think I need to take another look at my priorities.

haha
ive used all major pda/phone OS's extensively
started with a Treo 650, the PALM OS is great and easy to use, used it for over a year and became addicted to having a full qwerty keyboard, threaded SMS and AIM, internet and email was all perfect.
then used a Motorola Q with WM5, a lot more headaches and freezing, slow OS and lots of missing features, the keyboard was nice and it had a good battery life though

Now i've got a Blackberry 8310, and its totally diff from the other 2, its a lot better organized, functions are easier to locate, and the browser is the easiest to use, Email is obviously the easiest, and tons of other stuff that the other 2 didnt have

get the curve, and enjoy it, it's best of the all the smartphones
