Has anyone had any luck getting media files onto their BB via Bluetooth? I wanted to put some of my itunes music on there and it wont let me. I was able to bluetooth images with ease so i dont know if they just are not capable or if i need to adjust a setting. Help anyone?

I know I was able to do this on my older 8700g phone. I had to be in the Ringtones folder, and then I opened the menu and selected Receive using Bluetooth. Then on my other phone I would copy the file and it would ask me where I wanted to send it. I would choose my 8700g and then it would copy. I have never tried it from iTunes though.

no it is but i have a mac...i am getting the new OS system really soon once it comes out and that will allow me to run Microsoft on my Mac so maybe it will work then? The BB desktop for Macs doesnt have the same features as the Microsoft one does so maybe I will just have to wait

im trying to put it on the device memory and the files i know for a fact can be copied so there is no copyright on these songs

yeah i understand that i think it is just a matter of the bluetooth not being able to accept music files and that fact that the Mac programs are not at the level of the Microsoft programs yet but like I said I will be able to run both once I upgrade my OS to Leopard. Thanks anyways Dave.
