Does anyone have the Vodafone voicemail access number?

My phone cuts straight to voicemail after just one ring which sort of defeats the object of having a phone.

I tried the suggestion: Replace XXXXXXXXXXX with the number of your carrier voice mail center (find it by looking at your Phone Dialer > Options > VoiceMail > Access Number. Put your access number in place of the Xs above. etc, etc

But my access number just says '121' (ie the speed dial).

What is listed there?

Just the number '121'. This is the speed dial number.

I need a 9 digit number which is not visible on my device.

Hope someone can help.

Out of interest to any other Vodafone users I had to call my service provider to sort this out.
