Thanks dougng, I was doing some searching and you're right. I had my BlackBerry data service removed for about a month and when the TMO Rep. added it back, she added the BB unlimited email, instead of the BB unlimited plan. I added right data plan to my account while online and removed the other one. I think their system didn't recognize the change, but their billing sure did! Now I just need to call T-Mobile when I get the chance. Thanks for your help!
