Default Blackberry 8310 and Playlists?

Please Login to Remove!

I have a Blackberry 8310 and can't create a Playlist inside the media player.

I can play all songs, shuffle songs or sort them by the artests, any suggestions?

Before I buy a bigger Micro SD card, I want to be able to make playlists.

Is there any other app I can put on the phone, or any other suggestions?

Thanks,
Shane

Doesn't support playlists in the current os. However, you can go to the media app, menu---->Explore. From within this file manager you can create subfolders and move songs there. Functions as sort of playlists. These subfolders are then recognized by your PC in mass storage mode and you can just drag music files to them.

Thanks, I'll wait for a firmware update from RIM. I talked to the Blackberry folks and they said they will have playlists on the next firmware update.

Thanks,
Shane

Good to hear they're planning to add playlist support soon. What good is mp3 playback if you have to manually skip to the next song?
