Default Issues with 8300 fixed for 8310?

Have the calendar alarm issue and today theme issue been solved with newer 8310? Also, the older 8300's had major memory leaks.

Overall, how is the device in terms of speed and features over the older curves? (for ATT)

i have not had one issue of memory leak.
never had a calander bug.
there was a patch for it btw.

I've had my 8300 since june of this year. never had one bug with it. well except a hardware bug, not software.
