Please Login to Remove!
I just sold my 8300 and the new owner still receives my comcast email. I know there is a website to go to and clear, I just forgot.

Any help

Please?

Go to your TMo BIS site. Signin and delete the BB PIN from the setup, as well as the email setup there.

Where can I log into my BIS account? - BlackBerryFAQ

You may need to call TMo also, and ask them to release the PIN and IMEI from your account, so that the new user can use it.

Thanks for responding. My provider for the 8300 was At&t and my account has since been closed, any other suggestions?
