Default BB 8320 T-Mobile Resart Issues help please

Please Login to Remove!

i recently had a problem when i try to do a conference call or sometimes when i am on a call and i recieve another call, my phone will restart then i will see a hour glass for about 30 seconds then phone turns on loads the security thing then it says some kind of an error message, i do not know why this happens, and then i called t-mobile and they said to do a soft reset where i take the battery out while the phone is on and they will reset the network, and put the battery back in, it doesnt make sense why to take the battery out while the phone is on, is that normal to take the battery out while the phone is on i thought that would hurt the phone and also has this kinda thing where the phone restarts happened to anyone else its happened twice since ive had the phone for about 2 weeks,,,,please help

just like computers, let them run for too long you might have issues and sometimes a "restart" of the computer makes everything work fine again. Try it, and see if it happens again. If it doesn't, you just learned something new. If it re-occurs, you might want to reload your software which you can search on how to do on this forum.

Unhappy

I've had the same issue, TMO had me wipe the unit which did not help. They're sending a new phone now, they don't know what what's causing the reboot's...

There goes my $25.00 Invisible Shield...

take off the shield and send it back to sheildzone. They have a lifetime warranty, just pay shipping again.
