Hi i just picked up my 8310 from at&t. I have full bars of service, but the internet keeps dropping..right now i can't connect at all. It says EDGE and full bars, but i'm not getting my emails and I can't get to the internet. Am I doing something wrong? It seems to work sporadically...

Try turning the wireless radio off, wait 20 seconds, and then turn it back on. If that doesn't work, try to remove the battery for 10 seconds, then reinsert.

For my 8320 there is an icon on the home screen that says Manage Connections. If I select it it allows me to enable or disable the wireless radio, WiFi radio, or bluetooth. So I believe their will be an icon on the home screen for this that will either say Manage Connections, or Turn Wireless Off
