Default Cannot get Infospacefindit to work with external GPS receiver

Please Login to Remove!

I have a BB 8300. I can make google maps work with an external gps receiver, However infospace findit does not work with an external gps receiver. Anyone know when the functionaity will be added to infospace to detect external receivers thru bluetooth.

The spoken directions are a great freature in infospace findit.....

Infospace worked perfectly for me with my external Freedom mini GPS puck.

Just make sure on the BB you have Options -> Advanced -> GPS setup to point towards your GPS puck. Worked perfectly for me, although I just ditched infospace about 2 days ago in trade for MS live search. I didn't use it very much and wanted to reclaim some space.
