just got the newest BlackBerry Curve from AT&T. I am baffled by this e-mail folder problem. I have quite an elaborate folder structure on my corporate exchange e-mails. I get them all fine. no problems there.

However, viewing them is quite a hassle! i have to go to my home screen e-mail icon, click menu, go to "view folder", expand 4 levels down and then finally i get my folder.

i want to have quick e-mail folder links on my home screen to avoid this. Not for all folders of course, I have 50+, but to some important ones.

how do I do that? The 'right click' so to speak menu from th view folder does not allow for this option. how do I go about doing that?

I have never heard of any way to have icons for specific folders.

What may help, though, is to set up some saved searches within the Messages application. That is, if you have a folder named 'Important', you can go into the Messages app, and press ALT-I and it will show all messages in the Important folder.
