Need Help! I upgraded my curve to os v4.2.2.166 last night and since the upgrade when i select delete I no longer get the option to delete on handheld and desktop. I checked the BIS and its configured correctly. I also have checked under options and email reconciliation. Any suggestions?

resend your service books to start from the BIS.

I did try resending the service books and still no luck

What do you have under General Options>Confirm Delete. I assume its a no and should be a yes.

I found that you have to rerun the setup wizard, go through the process as if you were adding them new again, and then an extra option to delete them comes up and asks for confirmation. Once you click yes they are removed.
P.S. I was told that when it pushs mail to the BB that it pings as a text message and uses the data web packets. So if you are on a plan with limited number of messages watch out for spam attacks...
