Default Media Manager problem for the bb 8310 from at&t

NEED HELP ASAP

here is the problem load the software for the bb 8310 desktop manger...did that-
after installation is complete computer restarted. i connect the bb to the usb and run the bb dsktop mang. and after the roxio starts it gives me a message saying-

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsft Windows application. Choose "close" to terminate the application or click ignore...

When ever i do both i get the same answer...i have uninstalled and reinstalled twice....and did the same thing when ever i download the program form at&t web site... anyone know anything?
