I connected my 8300 (OS 4.2.2) to desktop manager (4.2 SP2). After entering password, the desktop manager showed the device connected. But an error message popped up titled "Intellisync" with message "Failed to connect to device. ...". Manually synchronize will get the same error. Click media manager, it shows as follows with no device detected (I don't have media card installed)

Goto PtTrace.log, having following lines

What I wanted to do is to transfer my photos from device memory to desktop. With this error, I can't do that through media manager. Any other ways, I can transfer those pictures?
