Where did you order from? I just checked the Verizon Wireless website (New Jersey locale) and still no Curve.

People are ordering from the 1-800 # or #611. Some are having luck others are not.

I just saw at crackberry where people have received theres today and have posted pictures.

I got mine around 9:15am, and loving it!

Well its official I'm going to wait till it appears in the store after countless times calling and trying with the live chat, no luck!!!

Verizon is indeed getting the curve in the next few weeks or the end of the month. I recently gotthe 8130 and I am happy with it. Having switched from the Q not long ago I didn't know if I would have liked the 8130 but I enjoy it and its very easy to use and very small. I am not sure if I would like the Curve. If I could I amy consider getting the Curve. But who knows how long we will wait. I was told two to 5 weeks.
We will see.

Well the wait is only another week... it will be out on May 9th online and in the stores May 12th.

For what its worth.....I was just at a verizon store and when I told the sales girl that I had ordered one she said that she knew the Curve was available if you call but she was told she couldn't tell anyone because of limited quantity. She also said that she was told that the Curve would be available in stores on the 30th of May.

I just was able to order mine through the 1-800 number, but my rep said that since I was using a business account, I could not get the $50 mail in rebate. Does anyone know where I could get a form and try to send it in anyways?

go to your local verizon store and tell them you did not receive it. they will look up your account and verify if you are able to get it.

followup : got a call from california telesales saying they couldn't follow through until the 9th. waa waaaaa

calling me back on 12th to push it through however they took of $50 mail in rebate, $100 for new every 2(I'm 2 months early though) and for some reason another $100 off cause of my calling plan, so its $69.99
I'll gladly wait 10 days for that!

ordered mine about 12 pm today and was told i could only get new every 2 and 50 mail in rebate, no rebate for upgrading to bb plan because i have a secondary line......so i called my local vzw and told them i was thinking of getting a pearl and was told that i can get 50 dollars off by upgrading to bb plan, and if i was primary line i could get 100. is there anyway after receiving my curve to get the additional 50 dollars off for upgrading to bb plan????

is this thing really only going to cost 70 bucks with new every 2 upgrade?

wow looks awsome i am so glad to here the ringer is giong to be louder. i get mine tuesday. the bad thing is that it is sitting in the nashville Fed ex 20 Minutes from My house in Mt. Juliet Tn i tracked it there it got there this morning at 5:47am seems like i should get it monday but i called Fed ex today and they asured me it would be tuesday but hey lets say i am glad all the waiting is over.

From the pictures above, it appears the leather case is a drop in pouch with no flap on it, am I correct ?

I believe the car charger and leather case is an extra that you can purchase from Verizon along with the phone. I was offered the same deal. It also comes with a BT. That case does not come standard with the phone.

Looks that way to me. Looks like he purchased an additional case but the one shown in the plastic bag I believe is included.
